WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE RETURN & EXCHANGE?
If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased and would like to replace it, you are most welcome to contact us via email at contact.iqraiqbal@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Our policy ensures that our rider will collect it from you for necessary adjustment or replacement.
You can claim for the return or exchange policy if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective or incomplete.
- The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- We have no policy for refunds.
- There will be no return and exchange on sale articles
